Our m4p ™ metal powder materials meanwhile belong to the established alloys for additive manufacturing and therefore we call them as „standard materials“. These are available for all common machine systems.

We have already realized numerous special alloys and it is our pleasure to take care of your request confidently. The possibilities are varied. Using inert gas atomization, almost all alloys can be powdered and there are other possibilities for powder coating, which perhaps could be the missing solution for your requirements?


Rapid development of additive manufacturing always brings new demands on used materials. Even if customers only want to use materials, which have already been used in conventional manufacturing, or  there is a concrete need for action in order to set specific characteristics. The versatility of powder metallurgy makes customized materials concepts possible. However, not all alloys can be processed additively or there are some restrictions during their processing or manufacturing.

Analysis plays an important part by ensuring the highest quality standards as well as by carrying out of our development tasks.

All our materials are subject to complete and substantial quality control from raw materials received to the final inspection. You can be sure that flawless, tested material for your AM process are absolutely reliable.

It is not easy to characterise powder materials, whether chemical or structural, and comparative analysis with different methods are often required. As a part of our internal testing and material qualification, all relevant analytical methods are done continuously by using different methods, whether for powders or test components:
